  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Shipping rates depend on the delivery location, package size, and weight.
  • Fees are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted courier services for timely delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on external factors such as customs clearance or weather conditions.

  • EU Countries: 3-7 business days
  • Non-EU Countries (International): 7-14 business days

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the cost of reshipping.

  • Claims for non-delivery or lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • BL Solutions B.V. will assist in locating the package or filing a claim with the courier.
  • Refunds or replacements for lost packages will only be issued after confirmation from the courier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including courier delays or customs clearance.

9. Undeliverable Packages

  • Packages returned due to customer refusal, failure to collect, or incomplete/incorrect addresses are considered undeliverable.
  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
  • Refunds for undeliverable packages exclude the original shipping costs.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@parfexa.com.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging for claim validation.
  • Once validated, damaged or missing items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Orders flagged as suspicious may be delayed or canceled pending verification.
  • Customers may be required to verify their identity or payment method before orders are processed.
  • False claims of non-delivery, damage, or loss will result in immediate cancellation of refunds and potential legal action.
